Log in today to be told my account has been closed because they need to variety who I am with proof of name & address. Surly this needs to be done BEFORE you let players deposit money?? They’re happy to take your money without proof of address & name but when you win and want to withdraw your account is closed. I’m unsure if the gambling ombudsman would be in favour of this.
