The support team just says “Try again” without knowing why it’s being rejected.And the VIP promotion? Also a scam.I met all the conditions to be upgraded to VIP Gold — I deposited over €3000 within a 30-day period. I was told the upgrade would happen automatically “soon.” It’s now been over a month and nothing has changed. When I ask support they claim I haven’t deposited enough in the last 30 days. Of course I haven’t — I’ve stopped using the site as much because it’s clearly not trustworthy. If they actually reviewed my account history properly they’d see I met the requirements long ago.

- I am having much difficulty verifying my account. Sent my drivers license my bank statements that had my bank account # sent a copy of a void cheque that has all my banking info a selfie with my drivers license screen shot of my deposit. - I requested a $100 aud withdrawal and after many back and forth emails trying to verify my account they insisted that they needed to verify via photos the card that was used to make the deposit from which I gained my winnings ( so last deposit). I had consolidated my accounts therefore cards and no longer had that one so thought ok no worries cancel the withdrawal and just keep playing. After many back and forth back and forth the now are denying the withdrawal and asking for previous cards to be verified ( all that have ever been used) which they know I dont have anymore even though they were NOT used in the deposit from which this 100 was played and won. They have informed me that if I wish to receive the winnings I need to contact my bank and get copies of all statements that involved the now cancelled cards.
