Beware – Bet Accepted at Worse Odds Without Consent

• I placed a bet at 2.20 odds and Duelbits accepted it at 1.83 without showing me an odds change confirmation. I never agreed to those odds. Support refused to void it and hid behind “system logs.”This is not fair play and would be illegal in any regulated sportsbook. I have wagered over $350k on Duelbits and they still treated me like this. If you value fair odds and transparency avoid Duelbits.

Account suspended/withdrawal not processed/silence

• My account was suspended without warning or reason last week. I have 2 withdrawals still processing having had many many withdrawals processed quickly before. I received zero correspondence as to why my account was suspended and despite several emails to support I still got nothing back. After my millionth visit to live support I finally got told that compliance had emailed me (a lie - they hadnt) and needed some further documents despite my account already being verified. I sent in the required documents but was told theyre not sufficient but nothing else. I habe AGAIN sent several follow up emails and AGAIN am being completely ignored. Their customer service is truly useless and professionalism non existent. Im worried I will never get these withdrawals processed now despite doing what was asked of me only to then be completely ignored again. I implore people to avoid this platform at all costs.Edit 21/8Having finally been contacted by Compliance and having sent even more documents excess to what I was asked for Im still being told its not enough. Ive now sent 7 months bank statements payslips a P21 and other tax documents and somehow srill being told this isnt enough despite it being more than asked for. They simply dont want to pay me out. I was told in the mail Id get them in 1-5 working days - this time frame has now elapsed. Brutal.

Duelbits confiscated $4000 from my balance

• Duelbits took $4000 out of my balance. I reported this on several platforms (bitcointalk and casinoguru etc) and the verdict of Casinoguru is that Duelbits offered insufficient evidence. I am a well known player in the gamble community with a positive reputation. In 4 years of playing on several platforms with more then 50m wager I never encountered that a casino stole money out of my account. Duelbits wont even pay it back after being called out for it and casinoguru chose my side and the result was Duelbits is in the wrong. They dont care. Please be aware of this casino and do some research first for considering a deposit. Duelbits stole my 7k balance

• Ive had my Duelbits account since 2022 which Ive used off and on and lost around 5k in their casino. Last week I started using it to place sports bets even requesting higher limits which they agreed to. I had lost 5k in their sportsbook before they suddenly locked my account and requested full KYC verification. I submitted every document they asked for but they just stopped responding to my emails and permanently banned my account stealing my entire 7k balance. The industry standard when sportsbooks ban/limit you is to honor the remaining bets and cashout your balance but the scammers who run Duelbits will take any chance they get to steal all your funds.

Instead of permanently closing it or asking if this was related to gambling harm they simply deactivated the account and allowed me to reopen it later without any questions.I was then allowed to continue gambling and lost more money. I had clearly shown signs of problem gambling — including repeated requests to open and close my account large deposits and requests for bonuses — and they still failed to act responsibly.When I later contacted them to explain my situation and request a refund from the point I asked for closure they denied any responsibility and cited technicalities.
