There is no avenue for complaints regarding this and that is how it should be.If DraftKings decides that they do not want to pay out for the contests they offer especially if they believe those contests might not reach full capacity they implement a must fill requirement. Now my boyfriend entered a contest that didnt have a must fill requirement last Thursday. The entry fee was $250.00 and the first 40 entries were to be paid. I think the contest closed at around 3 or 4 AM (it was a golf tournament). When the contest closed there were only 29 - 32 entries in total. Now heres where it gets interesting.That morning when he logged into his DraftKings account after the contest had started he found that the money had been added back to his account for that specific contest only. It wasnt for the other contests he had gone into but for the one they were certainly going to pay out on (again 32 spots and the first 40 receive payouts). He emailed them immediately thinking something was wrong. I said maybe its because you are guaranteed a win or an issue with the App?Throughout the day when he checked the DraftKings App the amount fluctuated. It started at $400.00 then $1200.00 and then over 4000.00 eventually rising to more than 10000.00 which was the prize for first place. During this time I encouraged him to take photos (screenshots) so that we could confirm our winnings at the end of the contest. Once the contest concluded the App displayed just over 5600.00 as our winnings. He took one last photo and then we began reaching out to DraftKings regarding the total amount.DraftKings stated that they reserve the right to cancel a contest and have ceased communication but I can prove that this is incorrect. If the contest was indeed canceled the DraftKings App wouldnt have displayed the results for all participants. I have about 20 screenshots from early in the day up until after the contest concluded.If DraftKings settled their debt resulting from their mistake they would face a loss of about $30000.00. This estimate is based on the comparison of payouts to the entry fees they collected. We strongly believe that they should not only fulfill this payment but also that it shouldnt have been such a significant issue. Whats the issue DraftKings? Are you struggling to make enough profit to cover what was clearly a mistake on your part?

• Report this company to the BBB DOJ and lottery commissioner. They are using this method of making people wait weeks for a payout so that way the player gets discouraged and wastes all the money on the website. It makes it look good in court because they say that you only lost a certain amount but in reality your withdrawals are your real wins and the losses are all the wins you didnt get because they fought you tooth and nail over every penny. That is 40 spins or more of course everyone knows on 40 spins you should hit something and this slot on average you ard gonna hit once every 9 to 10 spins.
