DraftKings Verification Nightmare

• I’ve been trying to verify my account for 12 days. Submitted my driver’s license but the system keeps failing. Support promised help yet I’m stuck in the same ineffective process. Extremely frustrating—DraftKings must improve verification and customer support.

I just cashed out a minute ago within 10mins my money was there all the games I play seem fair lose some win some only thing I dont like is the 1$ live dealers cant bet any lower than a dollar wished you could bet lower but thats really nothing m me and my opinion they are awesome just as good if not better then the other top casinos. • If ever you had your money stolen by being hacked and them using your card and spending it here then please expect nothing to be done because they dont care about you your money and only about themselves. I reported it then I heard from them once and after that they closed my ticket and I told them that its not closed because they didnt do anything about it and yet I received another message about it being closed. If thats the kinda business they want to run then yall are no better then the hackers.

• I received a request to sign a letter from them which was delivered via USPS. I never signed up to open an account so obviously someone is perpetrating fraud. Couldnt get anyone on the phone and by email they wanted my full name address DOB SS# to determine if I have an account. When I refused to give my DOB and SS# they told me to take it up with USPS.

• Bet a 3 player golf parlay to finish in the top 10 and it came in and should have payed $192. They paid me $30 and said because 4 players were tied for 9th it a dead heat and doesn’t count . BS !! Stay AWAY!!

• Im not a high roller or anything but Ive put my share in. I can understand losing knowing what Im getting into. But damn you would think they would throw you a bone once and awhile. My biggest beef is when you finally get a bonus spins they are a joke. You barley get anything if you get anything. It was great a few years ago I lose sum and I would win sum. But now you lose practically every time. I know its a business and its out to make money. But you would think they would keep their customers happy by throwing them a bone once and awhile. I can’t find one below 1 star

• I can’t find one below 1 star. While the initial day or so will be good and withdrawal will be within a day or so …real down is the way your winnings will vanish as you play for more days and longer it takes to win. Lost almost $700 dollars within a day with smaller bets. Real downer and I had better experiences with other casinos…pathetic as I suspect (maybe I M wrong) that their algo seems controlled by casino- Not a fair play at all. I will give it a try for few more days and come back on what I find !
