Girls Night Out
- We had such a fun girls night out at Delta Bingo Downsview on Friday July 4 at 7pm. It was our first time and we were definitely a little flustered and unsure of where to begin. Thankfully Laszo and Matt were incredibly helpful. They noticed right away that we looked a bit lost and stepped in with patience and kindness to walk us through everything.Laszo especially went above and beyond. Throughout the evening he kept checking in on us to make sure we were doing alright and to see if we needed anything. It made a big difference and helped us relax and enjoy the experience so much more.Huge thanks to the team for making our first visit so memorable. We are already looking forward to coming back! Signed - Four girls who have stuck together since elementary school and are still going strong into our fifties.

Bingo Wilson Nightmare
- I went to delta bingo downsview on Thursday June 26 2025 at the 10p.m session. I spent 200 on ball tickets and had 6 tickets. Went to play the machines during the break and always they announce when the bingo is starting but they didnt and I didnt play the balls and I feel that it should of been compensated for they are at fault but they dont care .Then on top of everything the stupid caller screwed up the progressive game so we didnt play which cost money that also went to the garbage. I will not return to that bingo to play bingo anymore that place has gone downhill. The management is terrible they need to hire people that know what there doing .it use to be a great bingo hall but unfortunately it horrible now.

- I had Denisa M as my representative to help me to try and get my withdrawal but I had a old card that I had put funds to play but that card was frauded and I put my new card in but it says that my card isnt the one that I put funds on so Denisa M was very helpful in trying to get it resolved but Denisa M couldnt so she escalated the issue for me cause I want to withdrawal money from my account. - Very slow to pay out any winnings. Have been waiting almost a week. Chat was very unhelpful. They just keep saying come back another day your withdrawal is lost. Other sites pay out within hours not days. It has now been 6 days waiting for the withdrawal of $100. Today I am told it could take up to 10 days but if the withdrawal is sent back to them to be reprocessed then they can add another 1-2 days on that for them to reprocess it then another 5 days to receive it.

- Im reaching out to you with concerns in regards to one of your employees Cheryl this is the second time Ive had a problem with this employee both times is when I was on a winning streak at one of your slot machines which I find is quite intriguing that in the middle of a winning streak I was kicked out and asked to leave the premises this night she accused me of using a bad word she was very aggressive she was egging me on trying to get under my skin she was rubbing her body up against me she then exerted her position by getting the security guard unequivocally to come over to kick me out he would not communicate with me he just stared me down made me feel very uncomfortable almost saved for my surroundings as I took a small video clip to ensure that I could capture the moment of how incredibly ridiculous your employee is who I believe is supposed to be the manager she had then instructed me that no cameras were allowed on the premises and she asked the security guard to grab take my phone I told him he doesnt have legal rights to look in my phone he said I want to look through your photos to see the video I said call the police this is how ridiculous of a situation I was put through I have many witnesses there that could not believe the lack of professionalism and aggressiveness of your employee Cheryl. My name is Christopher j Bellisario my phone number is 647-834-8307 I believe this is an important matter and I would hope somebody will reach out to me tomorrow so I can once again be retained as a customer and also feel comfortable going to this location. And once again your employee Cheryl made it impossible for me to get her credentials so I could reach out to her Superior to rectify the problem and I will tell you this employee is a problem employee.
