• If I could give ZERO stars I would. At first I was excited to play on Crypto Loko. I signed up with 100 free spins and won $112 off of the free spins. The play through was $4200 and I surpassed that and they deducted the $4100 and left me with $100 which was fine with me. I ended up turning the $100 into $1400. I start to see that the missions I was completing they give you free bonus chips so I redeemed one. At the time of me redeeming the free chips the $1400 that I withdrew was pending before ultimately getting approved. After a few minutes of approval I get a notification from my crypto wallet saying that I had received a LTC deposit. I was actually excited and proud of myself for teaching myself something that I knew nothing about. But then something told me to double check that deposit. 😒 they sent me my $11 LTC deposit back and not my $1400. I contacted customer service and the agent was rude as hell! She literally lied and said that I “mixed funds” when I never did. Then she said that I redeemed back to back bonus chips when the site doesn’t even let you do that. A prompt literally popped up and it said that I’m not able to redeem free chips without a deposit. And in my transactions it shows when I tried to redeem the free chips before I even won the $1400 and it said DENIED REDEMPTION. I wasn’t able to redeem the $30 chip until after I won and they told me that I had to deposit at least $10 LTC before depositing. So I’m showing her the transaction list and she still was lying through her teeth. She ignored me 3 different times when I asked to be transferred to a supervisor and was quickly trying to end the chat. And what’s crazy is that I read all the reviews on this site while I was waiting on my withdrawal. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but no.
