- Ive been playing slots poker and sports for more than 15 years online and for many of those years I have been at ComeOn - unfortunately.ComeOn used to be the best of the best but that was many years ago. Over the last years everything has changed and its quite clear that their only focus now is profit maximization. Bonuses used to be great they had the best selection of sports in the market their customer support used to be amazing and they often arranged competitions trips and more for their loyalty members. Now? Nothing. Everything vanished at the hands of their greedy owners.1. Sports betting- ComeOn used to have the best selection in the market. However for the last years theyve changed completely and are now the worst. There are ZERO reasons for you to play sports on ComeOn.2. Support- Support is completely USELESS. Live-chat is offline about 90% of the time. And dont expect any quick replies to your email. I can safely say that ComeOn has the worst customer support of any casino or bookmaker.3. Bonuses etc.- Very bad when it comes to bonuses. Once a week you can ask their useless chatbot for a bonus and it will give you less than 10% of your net losses where in other casinos you can receive up to 30%. Ask for a goodwill bonus on email and they just flip you off and tell you to talk to the chatbot.4. Casino- A decent selection of games but really no reason to play that here either since there are 50+ other casinos with a much better selection of games.Do yourself a favour and choose another casino or bookmaker.

- I have been waiting for the withdraws of my winnings for 10 days. They dont respond to emails they still want the same documents from me to confirm my account cards income address! Confirmation of mobilepay what accounts are associated with it etc. When I confirm everything they still look for something new. They ask where I got the money from and why it is transferred to my account. The problem when I wanted to withdraw money and it was never there when I deposited it. When contacting customer service I keep hearing the same answer wait for email

- Made three deposits and only got credited for two. It took three days to finally get credit for my third deposit. Then suddenly in the middle of gameplay (actually a bonus just triggered) I was immediately logged out. I tried to log back in and it said my account was closed and I had to contact support. I contacted support and they said my account was closed because I needed to provide identity docs. No warning. No email about this. They just decide to kick you out in the middle of gameplay. I submitted the documents that were approved almost 72 hours ago and I still can’t login. You better believe I better get my bonus game back that was triggered. Not impressed!
