- Very good service dealing with rejected bets complaint on roulette. Hopefully the casino pays up for their mistake.I expected to be faced with a lot of challenges given the complexity of the complaint but I didnt at all.

- Unfortunately my complaint was not upheld at casinoquest but they tried to resolve the issue by calling me up on the mobile a couple of times and listening to my side of the story. Im still confused why when I was betting 2 quid on a game and my winnings were confiscated when the rules stated max bet was a fiver under bonus funds.
