• Just for the record I’ve been gambling online for 23 years.This is one of the worst I’ve played at!Signed up deposited didn’t get the new player bonus didn’t even have a mention of it. Played for a few hours on low stakes but it swallowed £500 no problem. I had deposited more than that but once I hit a £500 loss it refused to let me gamble any more.I still had £170 in there and then the trouble really started because it’s 3 days later and I still haven’t had that money sent back to me. They then went through the verification process which only seems to be done once you decide to withdraw this mostly happens at really poor online casinos. Then apparently it wouldn’t let them withdraw to Apple Pay so I changed the card linked to Apple Pay for one I know 100% works for withdrawals. They said the card wasn’t activated I’ve been using the same card for years. They then asked for a document from Apple to prove the original card wasn’t no longer linked to my Apple Pay because Apple clearly always hand out documents when you simply change the card linked to it…what a joke! I just sent a screenshot which seemed to work. Then they wanted a photo of my bank card and a bank statement proving I made the deposits from my other card which I sent over. I then stated to just send the withdrawal straight to my card and not Apple Pay which they’ve ignored and I’m currently sat here many days later still waiting for the payment. Finally they’ve said if it doesn’t work they’ll initiate a refund I told them absolutely not because that can take 1 week to 1 month to complete. In comparison I joined another site the same night I had a bit of money in there to withdraw initiated the withdrawal about 20 minutes ago 90 seconds later it was in my account.Bottom line the games really don’t play right and the withdrawal process is clearly being artificially delayed. It feels like I’m back playing 10-15 years ago.

Not had any significant wins so cant really comment much about that but I did accidentally deposit £100 from my paypal instead of £10 yesterday and upon realising withdrew straight away and took as my sign not to gamble yesterday Ive been waiting ages for my withdrawal. I initially made the withdrawal by pay by bank to go straight into my bank account sent in a few bits of i.d and waited to hear back today well they opened the withdrawal and changed it to go into my paypal but theyre still yet to process it. Multiple chat agents give basic most of the time one word replies and are not very helpful.Im currently on chat as I type this review and I have a live agent telling me they are actively trying to process my withdrawal yet cannot tell me by doing what or how how long it will take the 1 business day is almost over and I still havent received my money I didnt win it I mistakenly deposited too much. I will not be recommending this site or using myself again after this experience Customer service is bad and I havent enjoyed my experience with the money I have deposited and played. ** 24 hours update withdrawal still not processed and the same repetitive answers from live chat agents going in circles telling me it is actively being processed.. yet it wasnt because Im still waiting. Ive informed them that the paypal that they have changed my withdrawal to is closed whenever I ask an agent what is going on Im left waiting 20 mins between each reply and they repeat the same stuff without giving you any information about whats actually happening. Will keep updated on how long it takes them to give me my £100 back I didnt win anything.. i accidentally deposited £100 instead of £10 and its proving difficult to get my own money back. If nothing is done today I will be submitting a formal complaint and opening a complaint with IBAS.

• They have rejected every document i have uploded to them. Is it because i withdrew? I will make a formal complaint as you now hold more of my personal data than is required! Uploaded in date passport uploaded driving license which is also in date and includes address also uploaded my bank statement one which i requested for todays date. I also uploaded my april phone bill which shows my current phone number only i cannot include the name as top as i am part of o2 family members and the phone account is in my sisters name via cantract but our numbers are all our own! How much more information or i.d can a person send bloody ridiculous. Will be conatacting gambling comission as it is not right! I shall verify myself fully to them and also have them request my funds which you are with holding for no good reason. Pathetic site.
