• As far as online casinos go is not that bad. I see a lot of people complaining that you dont ever win well that is not true we win we just dont cash out Im very bad at that but you can win this past week Ive won approximately $3000 and truth be told out of that I only ended up cashing out 1200 dollars because I dont take the money out as far as the withdrawal process it is flawed it takes too long to get your money but you do get your money. • This casino is a joke. Jumped though all of their hoops to withdraw requested a withdrawal waited the 48 hours the weekend and then the 7-10 business days only to find the money back in my playing account. Requested a second time after which I read there Terms & Conditions which states it should take 3-5 business days. Any time I mention that to them they dont even acknowledge the Terms & Conditions and keep repeating the same garbage about 7-10 days. I called today and going on the 7-10 day nonsense they say I should have my winnings by next Friday the latest. By that time it will be over a month that Ive been trying to get paid by these clowns. • Well besides never standing a chance at winning any amount of money today my bank contacted me about 9 yes 9 unapproved tries to take money from my credit card. Black lotus was the last and honestly the only merchant that I used this card at so either Black Lotus has criminal employees OR those employees shared my card information with obviously not me. That is criminal as well.I had closed my account about 3 weeks ago but when I brought this to their attention I didn’t hear back. Stay away from criminally infected casino

• I agree with everyone else here. I came on here to see if they have improved over the years and they haven’t. My experience happened at the end of 2021. They are scammers once they have your card number you’ll see random purchases on there that you swear you didn’t make. Your card being ran more than once for the same transaction. My credit card bill was at $24K even though my limit was only $12K. Maybe I put in $5K at the very most. All within a a week period. I think maybe I won a hundred here or there but nothing substantial. This casino literally ruined my life - four years later I’m still struggling. My credit got ruined and I had nothing to prove anything. They have to be running this illegally…please don’t make this HUGE life changing mistake like I did.

• Horrible!!!! Rip off hut!!!!My phone died in the middle of bonus spins on the game I was playing. When I got back on every bit of my money i had won had disappeared. Oh!
