Luckily my bet was win but Betway inform to me that I would not entitle any promotion with no reason immediately after the bet was settled my other open bet was also be voided by them with no reason. The promised Uber Eats voucher is also disappear.

- I signed up and deposited money as instructed. Betway immediately locked my account for no reason whatsoever. They dont have a customer service phone number or email address so I was forced to chat with a bot that was nothing short of a simpleton constantly saying I didnt understand. Please phrase your question differently. After 35+ minutes an actual human joined the chat and said I needed to email my passport utility bill and bank statements to them otherwise they wont return my money. They had no answer for why they wouldnt simply return the money to the card they took it from. I can only assume this is a scam. Thierry Henry should be ashamed of himself!

- Had no issues at all with Betway until I had a new card send through the post whilst depositing with Apple Pay and I withdrew £397 and I am waiting on it still a week later. It says it’s processing funds but I Even deposited £5 and withdrew it and that has now successfully gone through. Poor customer service I need to speak to someone about it.

- Could be the worst customer service of all gaming sites. I followed the requirements for a super wheel promo and was told my deposit didnt qualify. When i showed how i followed the requirements i was told to deposit again and it would work. I closed my account over a measly 25 10 cent spins. Thats how cheap and unloyal this company is.
