Not correct!

• Something very strange with this casino. I made like 30-40 deposits in 2-3 months. I got 2 withdraws almost every time just took my money no matter the different slots i tried. The moment I closed my account was when i got some bonus free spins i got like 40 euro win from them. So I had to wager it like 30 times. While I was wagering I won like 400 euros. And when the moment wagering was finished the system automatically took all winnings and left me with 20 euros. Later the admin gave me 80 more and said that the limit is 100 euro max win for the bonus or 200 leva in my case since I am located in Bulgaria. All the other winnings ( the other 300 euros ) are gone. I read the rules and its said the max win from the free spins is 100 euro. I said that I got 40 euro from the free spins and the later winnings are from wagering the money I deposited with the 40 euros from the FS. They didnt want to do anything about it so I was forced to shut down my account because I think this is not correct. At most online casinos it seems the bonuses are just hard scam since we have to wager it so much and there is a cap of the max win ( in like 70% of casinos I see online ) and the max wins are just sarcastically low. Like I have to wager 900 euro and the max win i can get is 100 ... In my case .

• This is my first time encountering a casino like Betunlim. After a big win my account was temporarily blocked and it took a whole month for them to unblock it. Withdrawals here are very slow: each time I had to wait at least 7 days as there was a €1000 withdrawal limit (later increased to €2000). According to the casino amounts from €1000 are processed within up to 7 days. I do not recommend it.

• I got a no deposit bonus and won 235$ and found out I had to deposit first before I could even use the bonus money towards playing so I did.. then I find out that I’d have to wager 2350 to get the 235!! • I’m so frustrated right now I want to do 1 star Rating but Im going to be reasonable and give 2 stars because the first few days was pretty easy and fun until I needed to assistance and found the terms were really vague and worded weird. I joined Betunlim a month or so ago now based on positive reviews here sadly im regretting it since I noticed that the terms & conditions aren’t clear as if they have been poorly translated to English. As for the customer support- I can’t believe there are so many positive reviews mentioning Betunlim’s customer support as I’ve only had negative experiences! It’s like every question I asked about the many bonus issues I have doubt with just in the past week they have responded with unrelated answers or an automated response that is vague. Not only do they not read my emails properly but they also only reply to one email and then I need to create new ones each time to reply back which is absolutely ridiculous considering they obviously have no filed notes on customers previous chats.
