- Slow withdrawal times. On the website it says they process them within 72 hours. On chat i was told it should have been done within 48 hours. Both are incorrect. I have been waiting longer then 72 hours now and my withdrawal is still pending. Getting same excuses as always in chat: We are having a heavy workload There are delays.
