Delayed Withdrawal Poor Communication — Disappointed as a VIP Player

• I’ve been a loyal player and even a VIP at Bets.io and this is the first time I feel truly disappointed with the service. I requested a withdrawal of 1000 USDT on July 3rd 2025 which is a relatively small amount compared to my previous withdrawal of 10000 USDT that was processed without issue.This time my request has been stuck “under review” for over a week. I contacted support multiple times spoke with different agents and even my VIP manager but I keep getting the same vague responses: “We’re working on it” “We’re experiencing high volume” or “We’re reviewing your account.”No real updates. No clarity. Just the same copy-paste replies.As a verified and rule-abiding player I find this unacceptable. If I followed all the terms and deposited real money to play I expect my winnings to be paid out without endless delays or excuses.This experience is making me question the integrity of the platform. I hope they resolve my case soon but I won’t be recommending Bets.io to others unless they start treating their customers with transparency and respect — especially VIPs.

I was later told I had used a “prohibited strategy” yet no actual strategy or evidence was ever provided. For the record I used a very basic manual betting method: increasing bets modestly during winning streaks and resetting after losses — nothing outside standard gameplay.⸻Second Incident – 1350 XRP Withheld & Account Access Blocked (June 2025)After a few smoother withdrawals I once again played blackjack and requested a withdrawal of 1350 XRP. Management or Support have not responded to emails sent about this matter.EDIT 3: Support have now replied to this thread to say that my account has been closed as I have violated the rules of the casino however in another separate response to an ADR they have stated that since I am a “Valued VIP Player” they have decided to process with my withdrawal as a gesture of goodwill. They have also said they “Hope I continue to enjoy the games responsibly” insinuating that I can still access the casino.I hope this thread clearly shows the level or service & transparency that you will get from this provider. Still none of my emails have been responded to.
