• i started using this company to get the bet £25 and get a £50 free bet. if your free bet wins you cannot withdraw until you have re-wagered your winnings at least once which is ok if you know this before you start. this is not a scam company like some of the reviews have said. i have had a few wins and the withdrawals have been in my bank within a day but you are charged a 1%fee which is not good and there is no live stream for the horse racing other than that my experience has been ok

• Had £137 pending withdrawal for a week. Then got banned as they were searching for a way to reject it. Decided to say “duplicate accounts” but i have a twin sister… Stupid app - now forced to implement the UKGC IBAS or even eCOGRA.

Scammers!

• I placed a bet on the Grand National and got a free bet at the same time. I won. Due to the T &C of the free bet I had to make further bets which was ok. I won again and was then in a position to withdraw my money. I withdrew the money using PayPal which was the same account from which I paid the money in. I then got an email saying that the PayPal account wasn’t in my name(it’s in my husband’s name which is the same surname ) so unless I provided a handwritten letter from my husband saying that I had authorised use of the account plus photos of both of our passports they couldn’t send it. I went to report them on a betting dispute website and it said that the company wasn’t listed! Please beware as I’m not sure the company exist and I’ve certainly not had my money back.

Account opened code accepted deposit made bets placed £50 bonus on show press sports link bonus gone because they tell me i deposited through the casino page and will have to deposit through sports page to receive bonus. So how does the bonus appear if it did not recognise that I deposited 25 pounds to activate the bonus. This gambling site is not suitable for the UK and Irish market and Racing TV should hang their head in shame for promoting such a shower off.

• Opened an account & deposited £10 to get the free £30 bet for the grand national. My horse came first & I won £600! However after trying to claim this they said I had to bet it first. I was gutted & ended up using it to bet on another horse winning £112.50. I withdrew that to my bank & 6 days later got an email saying because someone in my household also has an account it is a severe breach of t&cs and they are voiding the whole thing. I just got a refund of the original £10. The people on the chat were so rude & unhelpful. • Have been using the weekly free bet offer to place anti post bets at cheltenham.Had a few winners but they did not pay out on the bets.Unlike every other bookmaker the free bets were voided as the event did not take place within 7 daysSo why were the bets accepted on the system if thet were never going to be valid.Shocking response from Mark in customer services and he ended the chat as soon as i mention gambling commision.

• Echoing what other people said they heavily advertised a free welcome bet without mentioning you arent eligible if youve used any of multiple unrelated companies. This is only acknowledged once you ask for the bet they have promised you.They have all the resources to inform you of this when you set up the account or enter the promotion code (Doing so gives you a SUCCESSFUL) message but they choose to deliberately mislead their customers. By definition this is a scam site and should be avoided at all costs.
