• I wish Id looked here first They are total scum rubbish site too slow you cant cant bet properly on the horses some bets are not even accepted they dont honour the free bet after deposit Stay awaylook at the reviews & there are no replies from these scammers to one complaint. Ive looked it up & Im going to report them to the Gambling Commision. I hope others whove been stiched up read this & do the same. Im going to research people who catch scammers get these robbers taken out of business hopefully fined and jailed.

• Had £137 pending withdrawal for a week. Then got banned as they were searching for a way to reject it. Decided to say “duplicate accounts” but i have a twin sister… Stupid app - now forced to implement the UKGC IBAS or even eCOGRA.

Scammers!

• I placed a bet on the Grand National and got a free bet at the same time. I won. Due to the T &C of the free bet I had to make further bets which was ok. I won again and was then in a position to withdraw my money. I withdrew the money using PayPal which was the same account from which I paid the money in. I then got an email saying that the PayPal account wasn’t in my name(it’s in my husband’s name which is the same surname ) so unless I provided a handwritten letter from my husband saying that I had authorised use of the account plus photos of both of our passports they couldn’t send it. I went to report them on a betting dispute website and it said that the company wasn’t listed! Please beware as I’m not sure the company exist and I’ve certainly not had my money back.

• I wish I could give zero star. I deposit and and got free bet for signing new and bet my bounce on football and won but didn’t get paid. These people are scums very unreliable total frauds. I hate this company and when I connect via chat to Cutomer service they just ignored me and said rate out chat. Totally unacceptable and frustrating

• Signed up through Racing TV link with code BB50 . Account opened code accepted deposit made bets placed £50 bonus on show press sports link bonus gone because they tell me i deposited through the casino page and will have to deposit through sports page to receive bonus. So how does the bonus appear if it did not recognise that I deposited 25 pounds to activate the bonus. This gambling site is not suitable for the UK and Irish market and Racing TV should hang their head in shame for promoting such a shower off.

• Opened an account & deposited £10 to get the free £30 bet for the grand national. My horse came first & I won £600! However after trying to claim this they said I had to bet it first. I was gutted & ended up using it to bet on another horse winning £112.50. I withdrew that to my bank & 6 days later got an email saying because someone in my household also has an account it is a severe breach of t&cs and they are voiding the whole thing. I just got a refund of the original £10. The people on the chat were so rude & unhelpful. Was so excited when I thought I’d won £600 but this company ruined the rest of my afternoon as I tried to claim it then I’ve spent all week chasing them. Total scam! Do not waste your time or money on this site. I’ve reported to Action Fraud.

• opened an account to place a bet on Grand National. promotion place a £10 bet to qualify. deposited £20 for two bets on two horses. wouldnt allow me to make anymore than a £1 bet as said I would exceed my limits despite no limits on my account. support was waste of time. the website is not fit for purpose. avoid this site at all costs unless you only want a £1 bet!!!!!!!!

• Have been using the weekly free bet offer to place anti post bets at cheltenham.Had a few winners but they did not pay out on the bets.Unlike every other bookmaker the free bets were voided as the event did not take place within 7 daysSo why were the bets accepted on the system if thet were never going to be valid.Shocking response from Mark in customer services and he ended the chat as soon as i mention gambling commision.

• Deposited £20 into this website for a bet on Cheltenham races. Despite trying several times no Cheltenham races showed. I was led to this website by Racing TV for a free bet. I am now in limbo as I am unable to withdraw my deposit and unable to find any UK telephone number to help. This must be a scam.

• I done the welcome bonus the bet won it was put into bonus funds I couldn’t withdraw it I had to bet my 10 pound real money and bonus money to get more real money the agent says please avoid these scamming rats. Scam avoid at all cost

• Echoing what other people said they heavily advertised a free welcome bet without mentioning you arent eligible if youve used any of multiple unrelated companies. This is only acknowledged once you ask for the bet they have promised you.They have all the resources to inform you of this when you set up the account or enter the promotion code (Doing so gives you a SUCCESSFUL) message but they choose to deliberately mislead their customers. By definition this is a scam site and should be avoided at all costs.

• Do not use this site they have said because I had a free bets promotion with there partner company “betwin” in 2020 they will not give me my bonus. Honestly the worst company you could ever imagine

• DO NOT USE THEY WILL USE ALL UNREASONABLE EXCUSES TO PREVENT WITHDRAWALSStarted a withdrawal on 21st Nov. It was placed on hold until my address was verified which is very common and understandable.After lots of back and forth they claimed there was a discrepancy between my actual address and one on the proof provided. I followed up multiple times with no response despite lots of claims their support is on offer 24/7. I had no response from 3 emails so started to speak to their live chat who were rude condescending and unhelpful.

Sent an e-mail over a week ago to customer service with several chaser emails - no response whatsover. Plenty of options out there - give this one a miss 100%
