Blocking Account because of non explained reasons and holding the money since 2 weeks now!
- Unfortunately my experience with Bwin was the worst ever! As I registered myself everything was fine and they let me make my first deposit. As I transfered the first money to the account it said Oh we are sorry but your account has been blocked. Okay something like this could happen out of different reasons so I decided to contact the live chat. After 3 times trying and 1 hour lost I decided to call. There was a real nice lady which tried to help but hasn´t been able to tell me something about why my account has been blocked and she promised to write an email. As I didn´t receive any notification after almost 2 days I decided to try the live chat again. And wow within the 4th time trying it worked. And so the trouble began. First of all the chat partner wanted to tell me again I am not able to tell you why it has been blocked. But wow again after asking again and again suddenly he was able to check this.The reason was ridicoulous as they said there has been a issue with partypoker once..This issue has been solved around 6 month ago and this shows the proffessionality of the fusion of those 2 companies. Okay but no big dealafter 2 more chats and talking to some manager they were able to tell me what they need to unblock. I didn´t want to work with them anymore so I asked them to deactivate my account and refund my money immediately. They absolutely ignored my refund request 3 times! But alright they wanted me to send 2 documents: Proof of ID and Proof of Adress and I sent it to their email adress with the request to deactivate my account and refund my money. 2 DAYS LATER I received a message where they asked for my bank details. Okay cool maybe the pay in partner didn´t provide them so I sent the details. They confirmed with an automatic email so in my mind everything should have been fine. I was waiting another WEEK but did not receive my money back. So okay I decided to contact the live chat again waiting waiting waiting but okay I got used to the worst customer support ever. So as I was able to ask today the said they sent me 1 more email that they need a proof of adress. Like I mentioned before I already sent it AND THE COMPANY HAS NO RIGHT TO ASK FOR ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS REGARDING A REFUND! I requested the refund 2 weeks ago and they are totally ignoring it. The additional documents could have been needed to unblock my account but as I requested I will never use this company again. All of this conversation with Bwin is documentated and I am still waiting for my money! Maybe it could be some kind of good but if it´s about a withdrawl you will be more than dissappointed! Don´t touch this side. I am really happy with Tipico and Bet365 awesome customer support and no issues at all!
