Failed withdrawal marked as success stuck in a loop of bots for support

• deposited over ₹50000 and when I tried to withdraw ₹27408 (Order ID: F-1840718204056020569) BC.Game’s processor Dragon Payment marked it as “SUCCESS.” But HDFC has confirmed in writing that no such credit occurred under the UTR they provided (522930436762).I now have 3 other withdrawals to the same 13-digit account that were all automatically refunded. This proves the account was invalid and could never have been credited. Only Dragon Payment mis-marked the larger withdrawal as “SUCCESS” and support keeps closing tickets instead of escalating to finance/reconciliation.It has now been over a week with no resolution. Every NEFT attempt generates a UTR even failed ones so a UTR alone is not proof of credit. The money must be stuck in their processor’s suspense account yet they refuse to reconcile.I initially believed this would be resolved and deleted my earlier review but clearly it will not unless they act.
