• Deposited €40 easily via Apple Pay won €425 you have to gamble 3 x wager so in my case €120 but luckily I managed this upto €425 but then had to submit so much ID Driving licence address details pictures of debit cards pictures of cards for requested withdrawal. Bank statements.. the list goes on. You can only withdraw onto a Mastercard regardless of how you deposit. In the meantime you are bombarded with unsolicited emails texts and phone calls. At this point from previous reviews most people gamble their winnings to avoid ongoing hassle. However after 9 failed withdrawal attempts I finally did get my winnings.. in hindsight though I wish I hadn’t bothered as you will need to invest 5 hours of your time in pursuing any winnings. Firstly the bonuses you play or win come with many T&Cs that aren’t in the customers favour at all.(they look good on paper but definitely not in practise) for some of the bonuses to work you need to download their app which consistently closes down your device or be connected to their Telegram bot. Then when you do eventually win some money and try to withdraw there’s the whole verification problems it didn’t matter what proof I showed them it was rejected the customer service people are extremely rude honestly don’t waste your time join another site I’ve never had any of these issues with any other company.

• Appalling. Doesnt offer the withdrawal options it lists on the website. Now I cant withdraw despite several attempts. There is no option to escalate beyond online chat. Seriously bad site and is probably a scam that operates within loopholes in the gambling provider rules. AVOID AT ALL COSTSUpdate: after many failed attempts they did manage to get a withdrawal payment out to me however the next one failed which is frustrating. I would say perhaps dont believe that you will never get your money but do be warned that it wont be easy. I havent had to do anything other than keep trying but the processing time between attempts makes this a drawn kit process

• Discussing casino. They take your monies even when your card is blocked from gambling. You have to wager 3 times the amount you deposit before you get any chance to withdraw any winnings. If you do win you can only take £400. If your pictures of bank cards and varication of home address photo image are not clear they will refuse payment.I gamble too much and I know I need help but companies like this take advantage and dont care. • Be very careful with this company. They asked for my ID passport and bank card details to process a withdrawal. I received a small payment but shortly after there was an attempt to take money from my bank account without my permission.It didn’t stop there. Once they had my phone number I started receiving constant messages and calls from random numbers clearly from different websites. Even after trying to remove my number and block them the fake texts and emails kept coming.This seems like a serious scam and could be linked to fraud identity theft or even money laundering. In my opinion this company is not safe and should be avoided completely.
