- Worst casino I’ve ever played I swear down played the goonies return wagered 50 quid on 20 pence bets and lost about £35 also the money I was playing eith was literally my own cash but when I deposited it it got turnt into bonus money so I had to wager it 30x when it was literally my own money! Breaking UKGC guidelines
- Well I am from the UK and I have tried to withdraw £2000 from my account at which point they need funding evidence. However according to the UKGC they cannot ask for verification at the point of asking to withdraw when you could have asked at an earlier time like when I initially deposited a few hours later. The live chat takes days to get back in touch so I have no choice but to reveal what this company are upto.Update 1:Since I cant respond to bacanplay. It comes up that the funding evidence is optional & I dont have to supply those but I can for higher deposit limits (which I dont care for £200 is my limit) but live chat keep saying upload my bank card & utility bill but theres no option for that because of the optional funding check which I cant bypass. So live chat are useless & not even reading what I am writing & now Im trying to withdraw over £4000. The message says optional funding evidence. So is it optional or not? You have also broken UKGC rules by requesting evidence (optional evidence as quoted by your own message that pops up) at the point of withdrawal which livechat doesnt understand either. You could have requested this at an earlier time which is also in the UKGC rules. Shame on you.Update 2: someone on livechat 3 days later who can use critical thinking finally realised that the documents for funding were optional & escalated the matter & all of a sudden I am now able to withdraw. I put in a request for a £4500 withdrawal & its pending I will keep everyone updated on this matter.Update 3: I just received my £4500 the next day. Im going to upgrade to 2 stars but their customer service is pathetic & I dont care if your system works like a messenger. Your system is not fit for practice.

- Live chat dont bother wait days for an answer and that is not certain. Send an email or 12 your more likely to tom win powerball than get a reply of these lot or any other skill on net casino. No other casino takes days and days to help or answer customers and that is if they answer at all. They say they are trying to answer or whatever excuse they make up but that is load of bs.
