• I will keep this as thorough and simple as possible. Avia is a scam. They have had multiple lawsuits recently and the first and ONLY thing that they did was change the terms of service so that customers cannot sue them. Is that honestly a company that seems transparent and trustworthy? If you have any sort of issue they will brush it off. Also all of the positive reviews for Avia occur in groups on the same day meaning they pay for positive reviews… but won’t offer refunds. It’s all about image and not quality. Vickie Chen is the CEO (it’s a quick google search to find her LinkedIn if you wanna send her an email. I encourage everyone else to do so since the customer service representatives will not listen to your concerns. I would also like to make known the names of the customer service representatives who did not provide any kind of helpful assistance: LUNA DOM MARY LYNETTE and LESLIE. They will tell you the game is fair because you and your opponent have the same setup and it depends on how you play. However they match you with your opponent based on initial skill (without any game records). It eludes me how you can asses SKILL without any sort of record. Meaning you are matched up with whoever they choose. Once you play and finish your first game they will go off your best scores and match you up with someone of similar “skill” meaning a similar best score. They will often match you up with opponents with best scores that are higher than yours. Which to me means that even though the skill is “similar” they will choose opponents with an advantage. Think of it like this: you go to a horse racing track where 2 horses are competing with each other. One horse has an average speed of 30 mph while the other has an average speed of 50 mph. You only know one horses speed. While the game makers know both and say it is a fair race because it’s based on how each horse performs. While yes it is impossible to predict the outcome ( like anything in life) your opponent still has the advantage. Unclear Outcome does not equal fairness which is what Avia does not get. They will often say a game is automatically fair because you cannot guess the outcome that’s just illogical. You can definitely sway the outcome without knowing the outcome especially when you hold the power.

Be very careful - much worse than gambling

• Be very careful. Avia games may be legit and may give you your winnings however it is worse than gambling. They do not have an option for time or deposit limits and because they register as gaming they can bypass gambling blocks. They claim to be skill based games but if you look at Bingo Tour for example it’s as much chance as it is skill coz all the skill in the world will not bring up the numbers you need. You have to have the numbers for the skill to come into play. Also they keep flogging promotions with lots of bonus cash but because you can’t withdraw bonus cash you are led into playing more to try and recover your input which does not always happen. I have lost much more money here than I ever did gambling and I have had to request my bank to manually block the merchant. These games are extremely dangerous due to their addictive nature and I think a lot of research has gone into how to manipulate the minds of players and reel them in. I am not even convinced that you always play against humans as I notice a non-human pattern to wins/losses a lot of times. Just beware! There may not be much legal grounds for complaint due to the deceptive nature of how they represent themselves to fly under the harmful gambling radar. A fool and his money are soon parted and I have been that fool just started my rebuilding journey now. I have seen Avia games reply but all they said when I contacted them was that as soon as you hit deposit and the money comes in it is non refundable. I maintain that all players need to be careful. I and I am sure many others are paying a heavy price for getting involved with Avia games! It’s much much worse than gambling as you can’t set limits on either time or money and they keep enticing you to deposit. Fore warned is fore armed! Unless you have a will of steel keep off it. • I was nervous at first to try the game out but when I finally did I realized that they really did cash out money.
