Rip off phone call

• When you call them you get charged at a premium rate I wouldn’t mind but they had made a mistake that needed rectifying with a call.

I booked 2 seats to see a show next…

• I booked 2 seats to see a show next year. While me and my partner were looking we didnt realise we had booked the after noon show. Not long after we noticed this. I phoned to change our seats to night time show. They wanted to charge me a fee to change our seats to the night show. The seat prices were the same. Customer service was no help at all. No fee should be charged for them to click.a couple of buttons on the keyboard. They wouldnt change our seats unless we payed the fee. What a joke.

Bought tickets for bat out of hell ..seats disaster

• Bought tickets for bat out of hell last year for this year but the seats I ordered and picked out were not the ones we got today my daughter is disabled and cannot do stairs I’ve always booked front row seats and paid extra for this reason .very very disappointed they must have resold our seats and we were given the cheaper seats ..we were supposed to be in row A we were put in rowQ I do know how we managed it .very very upsetting

Health & Safety

• I went to see Mean Girls with my brother on 23 May 2025. The row behind us there was about 7 people drunk and they talked loudly throughout the entire show. You also allowed them to bring drinks in glasses into the theatre and they smashed one when they went to the bar at the interval and all the sharp glass rolled under my seat and ended up next to my feet which is very dangerous. Your staff didn’t did nothing to stop them which presumably was because they were spending a lot of money in the bar. I thought you couldn’t bring drinks into the theatre? 🎭 This was a waste of money and time 🕰️ for us and disappointed we couldn’t enjoy the show. As stated you even could hear them talking above the band which are loud. They were in stalls row B behind us and we were in row A seats 4 & 5. Their behaviour was that bad in my opinion they should be banned from the theatre. The people who sat behind us where not in there correct seats as they asked the people in the seats to move along the row to the seats they had booked which allowed the 7 who talked throughout the show to sit together. You had a similar issue on the 13 May and the show was delayed for 25 minutes as you had to remove some drunk patrons.

I spoke to James H on Thursday 27th…

• I spoke to James H on Thursday 27th March he was very helpful and looked into the problem with discounted tickets (disabled) for me. He said he was off on Friday but would get back to me on Saturday which he did and I was able to buy the tickets I wanted. James H was very helpful and seemed like a nice lad.

Mixed feelings...

• Mixed feelings...First the positive - when I eventually found that if I phoned the access telephone number (after a time consuming search it was the only number that worked) I was able to finally reach a person. Kylie was brilliant. She patiently sorted the problem and I was able to print the tickets that were not accessible from the email. The negatives... where do I start. Had booked 3 tickets for a show a week ago at Princess Theatre in Torquay but needed to add another one. Was able to book the next seat same row no problem.I will repeat same row same quoted price and at total added transaction fee (£3.95). But on the single ticket it states price - £47. The 3 tickets stated - £52.08 eachMy question -What is the additional £5.08 (its not transaction fee we paid that both times) if one ticket costs £47 why are the others £52.08I asked Kylie and think she said ticket prices can change daily?? How can that be?? The Same Show Same Row Same view (not restricted) Or she said they are the producers additional cost?? Not sure what that meant either but It was important for her to help me to access the tickets so I left the conversation with that hanging. Does that mean the producers of the show? Or the producers of online tickets - in other words ATG?? If so.. why is this hidden and not listed on the total cost. Come on we are happy to pay fair ticket price especially for live performance but extra hidden costs is really unfair.I could find no option to book or talk direct with the venue ( I dont live near it so couldnt pop in) or indeed any other ticket outlet for this particular venue.Why the difference in price - why is a £47 ticket sold for £52.08 and who do I talk to about it? And what about the other 3 tickets that are all the higher price? I cant find any detail of this overcharge if indeed it is or any detail as to what and why the charge is added? Surely there has to be a reason given in the final total...

Do not try the casino Black Jack.

• Tried the casino Black JackI got into the situation where there is an OPPORTUNITY for me to make a split. The software decided without my consent to make this split and then it did not give me any buttons to ask for more cards or stop and then (because I had no buttons I did not chose or do anything) the software decided to pause me because of inactivity. Only a little money but you can lose more if you are a gambling person.Stay away from this site.

Avoid any theatre that uses…

• I try to avoid any theatre that uses this form of ticketing. ££ extra on every ticket and as far as I can tell you only have that option - buy through ATG or dont buy!

I am an Disgustedaccess member and thought I had…

• I am an access member and thought I had a ticket for a show at the ambassadors theatres. No way of contacting anyone to fibd out!! No follow upbemail to my booking!! I have written several times to the head office NO ANSWER! Appalling. Even on my membership card no details. What is one to do?

Woking Ambassador Cinema

• Awful service! Saturday night cinema tickets £13.00 each! Shockingly expensive only 1p people in the cinema. Sweets are a rip off price..ice cream tiny tub £4.95! Asked for coffee couldnt make as run out of milk at 7pm ! Really bad experience and lifeless foyer...staff very unwelcoming ...Come on Woking ! No wonder no one will visit ! Better off at Camberley Vue !

• When booking tickets for The Panto at Sunderland Empire made a mistake and booked 1 too many and was unable to delete it. Spoke to Jennifer who very kindly sorted it for me. Thsnkyou so much.

Booked tickets at the box office at…

• Booked tickets at the box office at Theatre Royal in Brighton. The payment went through but then there was a glitch in system and the tickets failed to print. I was told somebody would call me when the tickets were ready but nobody has. I have called 3 times and have been told someone would call me back. I have now been told to contact ATG direct but unsurprisingly they are not answering their phones. Shocking customer service from the Theatre royal brighton and ATG. I am now 50 quid down with no tickets or anyway of contacting anybody.

Dont waste your time and money on this…

• Dont waste your time and money on this company scammers.You will not be able to contact them by telephone and as for contacting them via the website you would have more chance of landing a man on the moon.As a last resort I might try carrier pigeon.
