I entered into an agreement with these…
- I entered into an agreement with these unprofessional people in November 2023 and the promised publishing date was on or before March 152024. This organization lacks any professionalism and after more failures then I can count I terminated the agreement. They offer a guarantee 100% refund if they fail to meet your expectations and I was promised the refund on September 2 2024. I have followed up every week and they continue to promise the refund by the end of the day. Tomorrow is October 12024 and no refund. They lied about their skills and they continue to lie about the guarantee refund. On September 22024 I submitted the original manuscript to another publishing company and it was published on September 16 2024. That is a real publisher. Do not use these unqualified people all you will end up with is a loss of your money even with their lies about guarantee. I have engaged a lawyer and am during for the refund fees and punitive damages. Contact me and I will give you the name of a real publisher. Do not use these unqualified and unprofessional people.
