Not that hard to give and find a simple answer

• Ok so I went on quick play because I didnt have an acct yet. I received the free $20. I played it and I was doing pretty good I was at $84. I then went to create an acct so I can redeem later on. I had so much trouble creating an acct I got a message saying it had to be 6-15 digits long and then a different message saying it had to be 6-24 letters and or numbers. It wasnt even specific if it was the acct name or password. I tried every which way and nothing. So I got out of there and messaged them. I was told to create a new acct. Well that money just disappeared into thin air. I explained this like 5x to whoever I was messaging and I could not get a simple answer. Ive showed my drivers license and took selfie as they ask and now they owe $160.00 and say they cant give it to me bcuz they need a passport I have had port. • If I could give zero stars I would. Avoid this site at all costs. I deposited using 1 card which I lost. I then deposited with another card and made withdrawals to the same card. I am being asked for proof of identity. I do not have in date passport. I am old and also don’t have driving license. I sent expired passport across birth certificate and a photo of myself next to expired passport. All of which are enough to validate my identity. The site are asking for the first card (lost) even though that bears no relevance to anything. The withdrawals were requested linked to deposits made by new card. They have copy of this new card to also validate its mine. And are still going back and forward refusing to process my withdrawals for no reason. Agents on live chat are also liars feeding misinformation every time I contact them. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Asked an agent for an email to contact them on as was fed up with agents on live chat. He gave me a false email address just to get off the chat to him. Waiting for a response and then will be closing account and making complaint to financial ombudsman once withdrawals have been released.
